  do add_sce     PG PP Age ---------- for merg2122

- aracedat.dbf
  add h_w h_q h_p h_d

- rescommk.dbf
  add h_w h_q h_p h_d

- add_hara.prg
  convert to h_name to h_namec for h_w h_q h_p h_d 

- after aracedat updh_wqp.prg update
  do add_hara.prg to convert h_name to h_namec
  Then 
  use rescommk
  add_sce will convert h_name to h_namec too
