  i just got my first order cancellation and i was using gift card. does that mean lowes will send costumer a gift card for refund?

  Jerry Chan --- yeah, reach out to the particular lowes handling that order. 
  Kindly ask them to send the gift card back to billing address and not shipping address. 
  Sometimes they're nosy and will ask you why, so be sure to think of a convincing reason. 
  Other guys have had luck before, I've had not and lost over $300+ this week , so ymmv. 

  Also, if this order went to a fulfillment center and not a store, youˇ¦ll most likely not have any access to reach the guys there too.
  
  Opeyemi Fal --- Maybe you can have the customer ship the item to you (you pay return shipping) 
  and then you return it to a lowe's near you. 
  You'll lose money but not as much money. Never tried this method though
