  I just tried to process order of $84.98 on Lowe's.com i added a gift card that had $21.45 and ended up with 
  a remaining balance of $63.49 so i was gonna pay the remaining balance with credit card. 
  When i click submit order it lag and show a error code. 
  my order balance went back to 84.98 and my gift card balance went to zero🤦‍♂️ so 21.45 dissapeared from gift card 
  and order never went through Has that ever happen to you guys and How can i recover that money that disappeared 
  from my gift card?

  I just went on lowes.com to check the order status and all orders say Status "Unknown"

  Sometimes during the night if you are processing orders lowe's can get weird and not send you emails and also make orders look like they are unknown but like the other guys said, you just have to give it a couple of hours and it will go back to normal and also lowe's will send the emails.

  How do buyers know my exact location with city and all even before buying a product, does that appear publicly in my store?
  Giselle Perez: When listing a product, do you put your location as "multiple locations"? If not, then your customers will be able to see your city and state when looking at your listing
