Hi Chan,

     Take a closer look at the rankings.  We are 5 star.  REad the comments and see why.
we are 93%, not 85%.    The last 2  complaints were from a customer who ordered a kayak 2 days
before going on a vacation - they didn't plan ahead, and their shipment label was put on the wrong order,
so they got dishware instead of a kayak - and had no time to correct it.  Mistakes happen, they went ballistic.
OK, we aren't perfect, but we correct mistakes.  In this case the people new months ahead they were going 
on vacation and made a last second purchase - which left no time to correct the problem.

     The other problem was we shipped an order out within 2hours or receiving an order - before the customer
could realize THEY MADE A MISTAKE - and wanted to cancel the order.   Once an order ships, we can't cancel,
only refund - which costs us money.  So we are the "bad guys" for giving too fast a service.  

      Again, read the reviews.  There is a reason we get all those 5 star reviews.

Concerning your request for a 10% discount for buying the INTEX model 28003 maintenance kit - qty of 5

     The combination of shipping fees, Amazon fees and a 10% discount for the lowest price seller is 
financial disaster.  As a matter of fact when we realized their was a pricing error, we raised the price.
You may not realize it, but due to Corona Virus and the closing of all public pools, we are selling pools 
and supplies so fast their will be a shortage in a few weeks.   Translation - we are almost sold out.

Shipments from China are fewer, demand is so great we sold 16 weeks worth of pools in 2 days.  
It's busier than Black Friday and Cyber Monday right now, and we will be sold out shortly.  Good luck, 
maybe someone out there isn't paying attention and will jump on your offer.
