I just bought your 56 quart Plano Tote Storage Trunk. I wanted to buy 2 of them. But your website only allows the purchase of one at a time. So I returned to your website after making my purchase, and it will not allow me to buy a second one. How do I go about buying 2 of these? I want to order one more in addition of the one I already purchased.



My sales are increasing a lot from Apr on
I exceed my sale limit in the middle of may, but i can not
apply to increase the sales and quantiy limit, as i got bad rating from

For this listing, I setup the shipping to exclude Puerto Rico, and stated in the listing under shipping information.
But I got many orders from PR. I had to cancel many orders (over 15 in a months). I missed to cancel this in the begin, and found i miss this in the 2nd check and late to inform the buyer. 

This is the technical issue that lead to much extra work load for me and missed this order to cancel late.
The technical issue has not been solved, i have to stop selling this item at the moment.
So i request to remove this negative rating, as i take good effort to keep my high rating.
Technical issue is something that is out of my control.
