The PO Box is a box someone pays for that is in a USPS location that you can ship things to. 
The reason we charge extra for a PO Box is because you can only ship to a PO Box using USPS 
as the shipping carrier. Most times USPS is more expensive than FedEx. 
In this case PO BOX in Sacramento will cost $25 to ship instead of being able to use FedEx 
for a street address which would cost $8.

We can waive the charge this time but please understand that we will make no profit on the order so we cannot waive PO Box in the future. You need to have a street address for the orders or it will cost $18 extra.
